Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I accept no responsibility if a shipment is lost due to an incorrect delivery address.

Deliveries are made by Canada Post.

*Exception to fixed costs

- Remote areas
Some remote areas are not eligible for flat rates. Delivery costs will be adjusted based on your postal code, weight and size of the package. You can have the price validated according to your postal code, by contacting me by email.

- Excess weight
Certain orders, exceeding the required weight and/or size, are not eligible for standard postal shipments. I will contact you to inform you of the delivery cost. In particular, you will be able to validate the shipping costs corresponding to your postal code according to the weight of your package before your final transaction.

Online orders
All online orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Postal services require a standard delivery time of 2-6 business days for Canada. Please note that deliveries take place on Wednesdays and exclude public holidays.

Pick-up at the workshop
To avoid delivery costs, you can pick up at the workshop, by appointment, depending on opening hours. I will hold your orders for up to 72 hours for pickup from the moment the order is completed.
I will contact you by email when your order is ready, to make an appointment. If the order is not picked up within the agreed time frame, I will be obliged to cancel the sale and issue a refund.

Availability of items
As I produce in small batches, by hand, it is possible that certain products are temporarily unavailable. I will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of restockings. You can also subscribe to my newsletter to be informed automatically.

Exchanges and returns
I hope that your order is to your complete satisfaction. If this is not the case, I will be happy to exchange your product within 7 working days of receipt of your order. The products must be returned in perfect condition, i.e. in their original condition. Credits are also possible. No refunds will be made. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged parts
I take meticulous care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged package or item, please take a photo of it before or as soon as you open the package (photo of the package and part) and contact me so that we can discuss a solution.

Proof of purchase must be included with the return package.
The customer is responsible for postage, handling and impact-resistant packaging for returning their item.

Make sure the product does not move around in the box. I recommend that you take a photo of the product when it arrives in order to reproduce the packaging method.

I will exchange the products or write the credit note upon receipt of your package, after rigorous verification of the condition of the product.

Ceramic pieces are not guaranteed. Avoid thermal and other physical shocks for maximum lifespan. If breakage occurs, you can glue the pieces back together with adhesives available in all good hardware stores in order to preserve your piece and make it a decorative object only.
